There's also very few ships that come and land in the stations, and as the above mentioned due to the worlds not being connected to trade routes this means that the ships often times just cluster in one spot just outside the station or fly around in weird patterns, i don't think the game actually knows what to do with the ships in a system with no trade routes. There's no extremes on these planets from what i've seen though, they're just dead lifeless worlds, the only stuff actually on them of note is the typical cave stuff which is occasionally on the surface because these planets don't have caves either, and the ocean worlds are just as barren but far more ocean than most ocean worlds, 97-98% of the planet is water when they spawn. I've spent forever making fuel to actually get here and just went through about 250 jumps today to get here, and this would appear to be the hard limit to how far away from the center i can reach at 268.5k lightyears.īeyond this star i cannot select any of the stars, although there's only about 5-600 LY of stars beyond this before it just goes completely empty.Īlso in coming out this far the freighters the game offers up in the random events that you protect against pirates have gotten shockingly small (low slots and actually small) and most of the planets are nigh completely barren except for plutonium and thamium, many planets out here don't have any buildings on them whatsoever, the trade routes don't encircle them at all so no landing pads or trade centers, and no plants or animals, it's eerie because the planets are dead quiet except for the occasional sentinel which in itself is exceedingly rare.
